I installed GlassFish 4.1 on Windows Server 2012, but while it works fine and I was able to get a Windows Service created to control it, no GlassFish "folder" or shortcuts appear on Windows'"Start Menu" (or Apps page/thing - not sure how I'm supposed to refer to it). Is there a way to create menus/folders/shortcuts for GlassFish after the fact? Thank you.
