problem starting domain

Hello
I followed the instruction on intalling glassfish 4
when i run the start-domain the dost countinue to run and then i get error
when i try to rerun the it told me domain alredy running
so i have to run stop-domain1 and the start-domain the same error comes out.
during this dots if i try to run java on netbean it says the admim
Could not start GlassFish Server: Administrator port is occupied by V3 cannot process this command at this time, please wait
what am i doing wrong?
