Is it possible to reload ejb-jar and persistence changed without undeploy/deploy the app?

Hi,

I use Glassfish 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.2 in many servers.
Sometimes it is needed to change the configuration in files ejb-jar.xml and persistence.xml.
Then, I redeploy the app. But this is a big problem and I wouldn't like to do this.
