redirect_n => This web page has a redirect loop

Hello,

I've deployed web site with /
I would like my website example.com will redirect to www.example.com

I've added

But when I try to load example.com or www.example.com I get the error "This
web page has a redirect loop"

What can I did wrong?

I'm using glassfish 3.1.2.2
