questions of deployment application when Too many files

Hi everyone:

I'm now using GlassFish 3.1.2.2 OpenSource Edition，
my application have Too many files (greater than 200,000, including pictures, attachment file). Dispersed in a different directory.
I want to Deployment it,but Deployment is unsuccessful, prompting a timeout.

If you konw ,please help me or tell me more information.
