how to change URL for webpage from ip address:8080 to server name with no port #

I have a web app running under GlassFish accessible (internally) from http://10.10.3.40:8080/myapp.
I would like to change it to more appeasing http://myserver.mydomain.org/myapp.

How does one do this with GlassFish?
